The 3 houses are named after the “cultivar” of the olive trees that dwell on the farm.
Casa Cerasuola before the renovation was the horse stable. Today, the modern lines that characterize the house stand out straight on the soft and green Valle del Torto, where the spacious and bright interior and the rural landscape combine in a stunning unity.
The large windows ensure the view over the whole valley and,mostly in summer,of the sunsets with the most intense colors,while in winter you can warm up in front of the fireplace and still be in contact with the green of the surrounding nature, admiring the olive grove in a territory barely untouched.
The house is on two floors. The access to the upper floor is via the staircase of the living room or through an access located in the winter garden.
The bedrooms are comfortable and each with its own bathroom (with shower upstairs and with bathtub on the ground floor).
The room on the top floor has a terrace with a magnificent view of the valley.
The dining table for eight people and the kitchen island overlook, through a large window, over the valley.
The French doors give access to the synergistic garden where you can collect vegetables, aromatic and officinal herbs and seasonal fruit. The whole house is surrounded by a rose garden.
On the south side of the house there is an outdoor table surrounded by a green lawn where you can lie down and relax and a brazier to warm up in the colder evenings.
About 50 meters away there is the chicken coop, the mill and a lodge used as a common leisure area, with a ping pong table and a big screen for cinema lovers where we project the most beautiful Italian films.
The swimming pool is about 100 metres away and it’s easily accessible through a scented path surrounded by native trees.
