"Il capanno" (woodshed) is our space dedicated to educational activities, seminars and company laboratories such as professional oil tastings, training meetings, meetings, convivial and evening cinema.
The woodshed, adjacent to the company oil mill, for which originally used to store the olives, is an all-wood building, on the roof of which our photovoltaic system is located which allows us to take advantage of the sunlight to derive the necessary electricity for agro-industrial processes and at the same time reduce CO2 emissions.
Today it is a welcoming area with sofas, armchairs, chairs and tables furnished for tasting our organic Lalia EVO oil and during the cooler evenings or in winter it also becomes a room where to screen films, read books and a playground for young and old (ping pong , board games, black gammon, etc.).
