The 3 houses are named after the “cultivar” of the olive trees that dwell on the farm. Casa Nocellara extends over two floors connected by a winter garden. With its large windows and the five roof windows it gives the idea of living the outside space while staying inside the house. Before the renovation a part of the house was a cowshed and the other a chicken coop with its dovecote.

The living room,with its two roof windows, is very bright; a sofa and an armchair in front of the fireplace make the evenings warm and relaxing. The ideal home for a family, with separate spaces so as to give everyone privacy and comfort. Nestled in the hundred-year-old pine forest, you reach the swimming pool, walking for about 50 meters, through a path surrounded by trees and adjacent the pétanque field. Within walking distance there is a common open-air area with barbecue, oven, a tree house and hammocks for you to relax.

The winter garden is ideal for reading and relaxing surrounded by the green nature always visible thanks to the large windows.
